All your personal numerology data stays exclusively in your browser:

  • Birth dates you enter for calculations
  • Names you analyze
  • Calculation history
  • Saved readings and favorites
  • Angel number lookup history

Storage Method: IndexedDB (browser-based storage)

Retention: Under your control - you can clear at any time

Server Access: Never sent to our servers, never stored in any database

Data Sent for AI Interpretation

When you request an AI-powered interpretation, we send:

  • The calculated numerology number (e.g., "Life Path 7")
  • Calculation type (e.g., "Life Path", "Compatibility")
  • Minimal context for interpretation

What we DON'T send:

  • Your exact birth date
  • Your full name
  • Your IP address or identifying information
  • Your calculation history

AI Provider: Vercel AI Gateway (OpenAI GPT-5-nano model)

Processing Purpose: Generate personalized numerology interpretations

Data Retention by AI Provider: Subject to Vercel's and OpenAI's data policies

Analytics Data

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our site:

  • Pages visited
  • Time spent on site
  • General location (country/region level)
  • Device type and browser

No Personal Identifiers: Ahrefs does not track individual users or create user profiles.

What We Don't Collect

Export Your Data

You can export all your saved calculations and readings as a JSON file at any time through your browser's developer tools.

Delete Your Data

Clear your browser's IndexedDB storage for numbermystique.com to remove all local data.

Opt-Out of Analytics

Use browser extensions or privacy settings to block analytics scripts.

Data Security

  • ✓ No server-side database storing user information
  • ✓ No authentication system = no password breach risk

AI Interpretation Disclosure

When you click "Get Interpretation" or similar buttons:

  1. We calculate your number locally in your browser
  2. We send ONLY the number and calculation type to Vercel AI Gateway
  3. Vercel forwards the request to OpenAI's GPT-5-nano model
  4. The AI generates a personalized interpretation
  5. We return the interpretation to your browser
  6. The interpretation is cached in your browser's IndexedDB

Important: The AI provider (OpenAI via Vercel) may process and temporarily store the request according to their privacy policies. We recommend not including sensitive personal information in any free-text inputs.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as we add features or improve the platform. Major changes will be noted in our changelog.
