Birth Date: July 15, 1990

Month: 7 (July)
Day: 15 → 1 + 5 = 6
Year: 1990 → 1 + 9 + 9 + 0 = 19 → 1 + 9 = 10 → 1 + 0 = 1
Add them together: 7 + 6 + 1 = 14
Reduce: 1 + 4 = 5
